Schools Out Art Workshops & Camps

Wild Roots Studio offers Nature Art Workshops on many of the days when Poudre School District is out of session. These workshops are designed to strengthen kids’ art skills through hands-on projects inspired by nature. Participants will create nature-themed crafts, engage in sustainability lessons, enjoy outdoor play and make herbal wildcrafts.

Each class follows and celebrates the seasonal wheel, offering a unique opportunity for kids to deepen their connection to nature and honor the beauty that Colorado’s seasons provide. Whether it’s the colors of fall, the chill of winter, the renewal of spring, or the warmth of summer, our workshops help children appreciate and engage with the natural world around them.

This year's day camps will be held at Wild Roots Art Barn located in Northwest Fort Collins or The Art Lab located in Old Town Fort Collins. From these locations we will journey off on shorts nature walks to explore and collect nature for our crafts. Please send your kiddo(s) with a morning snack, lunch and water bottle. See more information and details below.
