Wild Roots Studio Cancellation Policy for Art Classes & Camps

Cancellations made 14 days prior to the first day of class will receive a full refund less a non-refundable $25 administration fee. Cancellations made less than 14 days before the first day of class/camp session will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made on or after the first day of the class/camp will not be refunded. In this case, we cannot offer refunds as we often have waitlists for all our programs. Therefore, we have turned away other families when we reserve a space for your child(ren). $25 administration fee helps us cover credit card fees, the cost of the staff time needed to process & cancel registrations and manage wait lists.
