Who can come?
Anyone who identifies as a woman is welcome. Women from age 18 and up can attend. We find that having a variety of ages is a lovely experience for all as it gives us an opportunity to share our wisdom from years' past, discover who we are now and explore who we may become. Babies in arms are always welcome. These circles are not associated with a singular path or religion, but rather, an inclusive coming together with women from all paths. We all come from different spiritual/cultural backgrounds. The circle offers a place of support, kindness and always, your free choice as to when you will participate and when you will observe. We sit together and welcome one another just as we are.
Creative Ritual
Art Ritual Projects are a vital component of each circle. In each circle gathering, we explore a theme or energy that relates to the nature, seasonal rhythms, pagan holidays or zodiac wheel through discussion, guided meditation and in creating a ritual craft.
Creative rituals help us bring our heart’s intention out into the earth plane and find safe resting spaces for deep healing and wild dreams. The circle itself, is a community ritual and the creation of the craft become a personal ceremony. The craft then becomes alive in the form of a talisman that serves as a physical reminder of dreams, wishes and healings that were called in.
In past circles, we have created nature mobiles, earth mandalas, elemental stones, intuitive painting, leather crafts, seed blessings, herbal salves, clay crafts, dream boxes, vision boards, garden goddesses and so many other crafts. No previous art experience is necessary. We honor that being creative can often take bravery and courage, especially when the ideas are powered by the heart and the depths of our wild soul.
"The purpose of creative ritual is to increase balance and connection within ourselves, with each other, with the world, and with the larger rhythms and energies that bring stability and light to our lives."
- Renee Beck who wrote the Art of Ritual

Please note, all these items are optional.
Come Prepared for the Season
We try to circle outdoors whenever possible. In the colder months, please dress in warm layers. You might want to consider warm socks, hat, gloves, blankets or anything to feel cozy and comfortable in while circling in the the ever changing Colorado weather. In the warmer months you might wish to consider bringing sun protection and bug spray.
Journal & Pen
You may wish to bring a journal and pen/pencil. You won't be asked to take notes but, I find I get inspired in circles and love to take notes of my thoughts, inspiration and creativity when it arises in circle.
Inspiration
Feel free to come with poems, stories, visuals or anything that you might want to share with the group or use as inspiration in creating your intentional art project.
Food & Drink
I acknowledge many of us might be busy before circle and may not be able to eat a full dinner. Feel free to bring snacks and beverages (water, wine, tea etc.) to enjoy during the circle. Often we will have an offering of tea or sparking water for attendees to enjoy.
What to wear?
Wear something you will be comfortable in as we will be sitting on ground for some of the time. Floor chairs are provided for participants to make sitting more comfortable. You may wish to consider bringing warm layers, bug spray or a blanket to keep you cozy & comfortable after the sun goes down.
The Wild Woman Project
This circle is a part of Wild Women Project.
The Wild Woman Project is at once a philosophy (an invigorating approach to life as a wondrous, often messy, creative project) & a growing movement of courageous, creative, heart centered (often weird & wonderful) women on a mission to remember, to reimagine what it means to be a woman – untamed.
The Wild Woman Project’s mission is to awaken women to their most authentic, undomesticated nature, so they may feel like themselves, all the time, no apologies.

“These circles of women around us weave invisible nets of love that carry us when we feel weak and sing with us when we are strong”
