School based After-School
Nature Art Workshops

In our After-School Nature Art Workshops we create art with natural and/or recycled materials. Projects often celebrate the current season or a sustainability theme. Past projects include: soap making, nature watercolor painting, weaving, botanical dyes, nature mandalas, flower crowns, clay projects, DIY lip balm, eco-dying, solar prints, nature mobiles, bead projects, newspaper basket weaving, moon phase drawings, pressed flower art, lanterns and recycled art sculpture.

Program Details

After-School workshops begin immediately after the school day. In most cases, each session is held once per week for four weeks. An email with class location, start and end times and any other pertinent information is sent to parents the week before each session starts. Projects are completed within 1-2 class periods depending on time and complexity of art work. In each 4 week session children will complete 2-4 art projects. Each session will have different activities and projects. Class size is limited to 20 children.

Tuition

Each class is $15-25 per class (depending on school and length of class). ($60-100 per/session).
Tuition is collected directly from families by Wild Roots Studio, unless specified otherwise by your school.
