ritual craft workshops
These special workshops will allow us to explore our wild creativity in creating with intention, syncing into our inner natural rhythms and find soulful ways to connect to the seasons and cycles that hold us.
Each workshop will be a ritual in creating from our hearts. The creator will be asked to infuse their craft with their intentions using their intuition, inner guidance and love. The craft then becomes alive in the form of a talisman that serves as a physical reminder of dreams, wishes and healings that were called in while creating it.
Creativity is medicine for the soul. It allows us to quiet our mind chatter and let our wild, inner voice to talk through our hands. We live in a world where we are constantly consuming (screens, food, things, groceries, thoughts, sounds, media, ect.). Creativity is the polarity of consumption. Creating something with intention from the heart is truly our purest offering out into the world. It allows us to leave the energy of consuming and become a creator, offering something soulful out into space for others to see their soul in yours.
For those who have attended and made crafts in Wild Roots Women’s Moon Circles…these will be similar but a bit different. These Ritual Craft Workshops will entail more complex crafts and a more intimate, solo experience. Not to say that there won’t be laughter, sharing stories while crafting and the medicine of the sweet community found in class, but will be a more introspective space to craft & find rootedness within.
In the coming classes we will be creating Yule Logs, Wreaths, Medicine Bags, Herbal Concoctions, Runes, Leather Earrings, Pottery, Intuitive Earth Sculpture, Nature Mandalas, Feather Mobiles, Basket Making, Bone Oracles, Wood Crafting and more.
No previous art experience is necessary, honoring that being creative can often take bravery and courage, especially when the ideas are powered by the heart and the depths of our wild soul.
